Flying Pigeon PA-02 single speed, 2nd St New York NY
This bike clearly hasn't seen much action of late but she would have been a beauty back in her day. I love how the pannier racks fold out. Neat.

The grips and badge give it away -- it's a Flying Pigeon PA-02! (Though why the branding is in English is a mystery.)
